• To act as a liaison between the Customer and the team of Analytical Consultants, Solution Consultants, ETL and BI consultants and Architects. To work with the team to build the respective solution for the customer; and you will then present the results to the Customer.
• To work proactively with the Customer to elicit Customer’s requirements and to manage Customer’s expectations from the business application perspective accordingly. To advise the Customer on the need of business changes.
